Select a ‘DataTrust’ folder then press the ‘Download’ button.
DataTrust will:
- Compare the local data against the remote data to determine the expected action to take place.
- Display the non-duplicate list of all files on both the local and the remote folder.
The list contains the filenames, their local status, their remote status, the expected action, and the user who checked out the file if there is any.
The file status can be ‘changed’, ‘no change’, or ‘deleted’.
The expected action may be ‘update server’, ‘update local’, or ‘no update’.
To download the selected files press the ‘Update Local’ button, this will start the download process in which DataTrust will first download the data then decrypt it and finally merge the data in the local files.
