Berkeley, CA. April 29, 2005- Privacy activists are up in arms and consumers are uneasy about the millions of names, addresses, credit card and social security numbers at risk in company files. Businesses are looking for help and one Northern Californian company thinks it has a solution. "DataTrust is the answer for groups and companies who need to reliably and securely share data and files across the building or around the world" said Vic Kley Founder and President of Metadigm LLC. Increasing vulnerability of PCs, and recent massive security breaches, makes using a system like DataTrust very attractive for businesses and their clients. Triple encryption of files is one advantage of the patented file storage and sharing system, another important element is found in functions developed for version control. “This system was originally designed for software developers and other groups working on shared documents, every user action is tracked, so everyone in the group knows who is accessing what files, and when” a Metadigm programmer explained.
