Arrangement of Project Files
On the data server, DatatTrust allows a hierarchy of file arrangement. A project is a heading under which you find folders. Each project has a project directory and an associated set of users. This provides the boundary between projects, allowing them to have distinct sets of user communities while sustaining privacy for each.
Descended from each project are folders, or compartments for the pieces (files) of the application. Each of these is respectively mapped to a path on the local machine of the DatatTrust user. Each user of a particular project has access to all of its folders.
On the local client machine, a local data directory may itself contain sub-directories.
